Directions

1 For an all-in-one sauce: In a cold pan combine the butter, flour, cheese, milk, white wine and seasoning. Put on the heat, and whisk continuosly until combined, thick and shiny.

2 Prepare the toast, and cut into 1" cubes. To serve, pour the cheese fondue into a large serving bowl on a plate. Arrange the cubes of toast around the side with skewers.
