Double treat cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Brown Sugar
2 larges Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Dry Oats
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 pack Chocolate Chip (Or More If Desired)
1 cup Chopped Pecans; Note

Beat together the shortening, sugars, and eggs until fluffy. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.

Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 8 minutes.
