Melange of fruits

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Fresh fruit; cut into wedges
½ cup Dry white wine
½ cup Honey
½ teaspoon Powdered cinnamon
1 dash Powdered allspice
1 dash Amaretto; (optional)
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint

FRUIT DRESSING

Place fruit in 1½ quart serving bowl. Mix dressing ingredients until honey dissolves. Pour over fruit, refrigerate several hours. Sprinkle with mint.
