Fresh fruit melange

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pint Sliced strawberries
1 pint Blueberries
3 \N Kiwi fruit; peeled, thinlysliced
1 medium Cantaloupe; cut into balls
1 medium Honeydew melon; cut into balls
1 cup Chopped mint leaves
\N \N Whole mint leaves for garnish
½ cup Fresh orange juice
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Sugar


Toss fruit together gently, sprinkle mint over fruit. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over fruit mixture. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves.
