Mediterranean rub mix

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Dried Leaf Thyme |
| 1 | teaspoon | Rosemary |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sage |
| 1 | teaspoon | Marjoram |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic; finely chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Coarse Kosher salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cracked black pepper |
Directions
Mix all together. Rub into beef 1 hour before cooking. To use on fish, add 2 T. lemon zest, and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon on fish with rub.
