Mediterranean sandwich

Yield: 6 Sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cubed cooked chicken
½ cup Chopped red bell pepper
½ cup Chopped cucumber
½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
4¼ ounce Can chopped ripe olives
1 \N 14 to 16 inch baguette, cut
\N \N Horizontally in half

Set oven control to broil. Mix all ingredients except baguette (no kidding..doh!). Spoon about 1½ cups chicken mixture onto each bread half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until hot. Cut each half into 3 slices.
