Yield: 6 Sandwiches
Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cubed cooked chicken |
½ cup | Chopped red bell pepper |
½ cup | Chopped cucumber |
½ cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves |
4¼ ounce | Can chopped ripe olives |
1 \N | 14 to 16 inch baguette, cut |

Set oven control to broil. Mix all ingredients except baguette (no kidding..doh!). Spoon about 1½ cups chicken mixture onto each bread half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until hot. Cut each half into 3 slices.
