Mexican rub mix

Yield: 1 /3 cup

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoons Hot red pepper
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Coriander

Mix together. Rub into beef, pork or poultry 1 hour prior to grilling.
