Meat potato quickie

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Preheat oven to 450deg.
3 teaspoons Vegetable oil
3 cups Coarsely shredded raw potato.
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
¾ cup Cooked diced (chicken,ham,tuna fish or browned sausage)your
1 cup Milk
2 eaches Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
\N pounds Egg mixture onto other ingredients.
\N \N Return to oven.
9 eaches Square pan
\N \N Press into pan.
\N \N Bake 15 min
\N \N Remove from oven. choice.
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 cup Cooked veggies(your choice)(optional).
\N \N Bake 30 min.
\N \N Allow to cool 5 min before serving.
\N \N Serves 4-6.
