| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | pack | (16oz) frozen shoestring |

Directions
MEAT MIXTURE
Combine meat mixture; set aside.
Press half the potatoes in a greased 8" square pan. Spread evenly with meat mixture. Press with remaining potatoes. Bake at 400F a half hour or until meat is cooked and potatoes are lightly browned. Cut into squares.
