Meat and potato pie

1 | pounds | Hamburger |
⅓ | cup | Chopped onion |
½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
1 | each | Egg |
¼ | cup | Dry bread crumbs |
dash | Salt and black pepper | |
2 | cups | Mashed potatoes |
2 | tablespoons | Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
⅓ | cup | Grated cheese |
Directions
Combine meat, green pepper, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix lightly. Press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Drain excess fat from meat shell. Mash hot potatoes with milk and butter.
