Heat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub potatoes well to remove dirt. Poke with a fork if desired. Place on middle rack of oven and bake for 75 minutes. Remove from oven and pierce with fork to created dotted "X".
Press in ends of potato to push flesh up and out.
Microwave Directions: Cook a seven ounce potato for four minutes on high power, changing the position of the potato halfway through cooking. Increase the cooking time by four minutes for each additional potato.
