Baked mashed potatoes

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 5 | pounds | Potatoes, peeled, boiled |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt or to taste |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper or to taste |
| 1 | Clove garlic minced (OR more to taste) | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped chives |
| pinch | Paprika | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
GARNISH
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whip first seven ingredients together and place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
