Mary's hawaiian cheese ball

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
5 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese, (ex. sharp)
1 tablespoon Maui onion, grated
½ cup Sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Macadamia nuts, chopped fine
¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped fine

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the mac nuts and parsley and mix well. Shape into a ball and cover with wax paper. Place in a rice bowl and use as a mold to make a nice round ball. Chill for several hours. Before serving roll the ball in a combination of the mac nuts and parsley. This is a winner! I've never served it but there are all kinds of requests for the recipe!
