Yield: 6 Servings
|1 pounds||Butter or margarine (up to)|
|2 ounces||Black pepper (or less)|
|3||Lemons; juice of|
|1 tablespoon||Soy sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 dash||Hot sauce (up to)|
|4 pounds||Fresh jumbo shrimp in shell|
Melt butter in large flat pan. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire & hot sauce. Mix well. Add shrimp with shells left on. Mix until shrimp are covered with sauce. Arrange shrimp in single layer in pan.
Broil about 10-15 minutes. Turn shrimp & broil until pink.
