Barbecued shrimp #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Butter or margarine (up to)
2 ounces Black pepper (or less)
\N \N Salt
3 \N Lemons; juice of
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Hot sauce (up to)
4 pounds Fresh jumbo shrimp in shell

Melt butter in large flat pan. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire & hot sauce. Mix well. Add shrimp with shells left on. Mix until shrimp are covered with sauce. Arrange shrimp in single layer in pan.

Broil about 10-15 minutes. Turn shrimp & broil until pink.
