Barbecued shrimp #2

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsButter or margarine (up to)
2ouncesBlack pepper (or less)
Salt
3Lemons; juice of
1tablespoonSoy sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1dashHot sauce (up to)
4poundsFresh jumbo shrimp in shell

Directions

Melt butter in large flat pan. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire & hot sauce. Mix well. Add shrimp with shells left on. Mix until shrimp are covered with sauce. Arrange shrimp in single layer in pan.

Broil about 10-15 minutes. Turn shrimp & broil until pink.
