2 | Inches Ginger | |
2 | Cloves Garlic | |
2 | Lemon; (juice) |
Directions
Mix marinade together. Add pork fillets and marinade for at least 2 hours.
You can grill them but a cast iron skillet is much better. Cook fillets for about 10 minutes (5 min each side). Throw the rest of the marinade out as you can't use anything that's had raw meat in it, unless you want to get some weird disease.
Kecap Manis is a thick sweet soy sauce available in Asian Supermarkets and Woolies.
