1xPastry for one crust
¾cupSugar
1cupDark maple syrup
2eachesEggs, slightly beaten
4tablespoonsButter or margarine
1teaspoonVanilla
1cupPecans - coarsely broken

Directions

Line pie plate with pastry. Boil sugar and syrup for about 2 minutes. Pour slowly over beaten eggs, stirring vigorously. Add butter (or margarine), vanilla and nutmeats.
