Maple walnut cream pie

2cupsMilk
2cupsMaple syrup
3eachesWell-beaten egg yolks
6tablespoonsFlour
1xDash of salt
1teaspoonVanilla
½cupChopped walnuts
½cupYogurt or whipped cream

Directions

Combine milk, syrup, egg yolks, flour in double boiler. Cook slowly over simmering water - about ½ hour. Add dash of salt and vanilla.
