|1 \N||Large orange,cut into wedges|
Slide a sharp knife parallel to broad side of mango and against pit; cut off both sides. Place halves cut side up; cut flesh to the skin, but not through, to make ½" squares. Gently push up the skin to flare out mango sections; serve with orange wedges.
