Mango mousse

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Mangoes; peeled and cubed
1 \N Cake of silky bean curd; rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons Sugar
4 \N Mint leaves
1 tablespoon Rum

Date: Fri, 12 Jul 1996 18:11:55 -0700 I came across a magazine called "La Cocina Italiana" today ... I think this is issue # 2. At any rate there were 3 recipes in an article called Kosher (In Accordance with the Jewish Dietary Laws) and although I haven't tried them they sounded interesting enough to post to the list. "Cooking Kosher with Colette Rossant".

1. Place all the ingredients, except the mint, in a food processor. Puree.

2. Pour in 4 wine glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
