Maltese chopped livers and rice (dogfood)

| 1 | pounds | Chicken Livers, Chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Minced garlic |
| 1 | cup | Rice |
| 2¼ | cup | Chicken Broth or Water |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Parsley or Oregano, Shallots |
| (minced), Salt | ||
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter & add chopped livers. Cook over med. heat 3-5 minutes. Add liquid & spices and bring to boil. Add rice, lower heat & cook approximately 20 minutes. Fluff with fork & allow to cool thoroughly.
