Yield: 1 Servings
|½ cup||Raw lentils|
|1 medium||Onion; chopped|
|3 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|3 \N||Hard-cooked eggs|
|½ cup||Chopped walnuts|
Notes: From Orange County Register 1. Cook lentils according to package directions; drain. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a small skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Remove from heat.
3. Using a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process all ingredients until smooth. Cool. Serve with crackers.
Yield: about 1½ cups
