Vegetarian chopped liver

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Hard-boiled; eggs
2 cups Cooked kasha; (buckwheat gro
5 \N Celery
1 can String beans
1 can Peas
½ pounds Walnuts; ground
6 \N Onions
2 \N Boullion broth cubes; * see
1 cup Warm water; * see note
\N \N Salt

* mix together.

Dice and saute onions. Grind cooked eggs and kasha together with string beans, peas, walnuts and celery. Mix well. Add fried onions, broth and salt. Mix well again. Makes two quarts.
