|2 cups||Cooked kasha; (buckwheat gro|
|1 can||String beans|
|½ pounds||Walnuts; ground|
|2||Boullion broth cubes; * see|
|1 cup||Warm water; * see note|
* mix together.
Dice and saute onions. Grind cooked eggs and kasha together with string beans, peas, walnuts and celery. Mix well. Add fried onions, broth and salt. Mix well again. Makes two quarts.
