Malka's low-fat kishke parave

Ingredients

| 2 | 3 carrots; grated | |
| 1 | large | Onion; grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground sage |
| 1 | Chicken bullion cube; broken up or 4 Tbsp. parave chicken soup powder, (opt. I don't use this anymore, too much salt) | |
| 1 | cup | Flour; (3/4 c.cake meal for Pesach) |
| 1 | cup | Matza meal |
| 1 | Egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute | |
| ¼ | cup | Oil |
Directions
preheat oven to 350o F.
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Add last two; mix well.
3. Shape into long "snake".
4. Wrap in greased foil and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake 45 min.
