Malka's low-fat kishke parave

Ingredients

23 carrots; grated
1largeOnion; grated
1teaspoonPepper
1Clove garlic; minced
1teaspoonPaprika
½teaspoonGround sage
1Chicken bullion cube; broken up or 4 Tbsp. parave chicken soup powder, (opt. I don't use this anymore, too much salt)
1cupFlour; (3/4 c.cake meal for Pesach)
1cupMatza meal
1Egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
¼cupOil

Directions

preheat oven to 350o F.

1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

2. Add last two; mix well.

3. Shape into long "snake".

4. Wrap in greased foil and place on baking sheet.

5. Bake 45 min.
