Mock kishke

3 cups Matzoh Meal
1 teaspoon Salt
1 each Preheat oven to 350F
2 eaches Combine matzoh meal, salt and pepper.
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 larges Carrots
3 eaches Celery stalks
1 each Spanish Onion

3 eaches In a food processor, grate carrots, celery, and onion and add to

matzoh meal mixture. Add melted fat and mix thoroughly. 4. Divide mixture into thirds. Place each on a strip of foil, shiny side up.
