|1 \N||Egg, beaten|
|1 cup||Matzoh meal|
|⅓ pack||Onion soup mix|
Source: Q. recipes - Copyright 1996 Susan Ehrenfeld Grate/process and combine the potato, onion & carrots. Add rest.
Mix it all together and shape it into a tube. If it is too mushy to handle, add more matzoh meal. Roll into foil or a Reynolds Plastic Oven Bag -- Freeze.
When ready for the cholent, pierce foil or plastic a few times with a fork.
Simmer overnight in cholent.
