Matzo meal mix --pareve--

Ingredients

½cupEa. matzo meal & cake meal
¼cupPotato starch
1tablespoonEa. dried rosemary & oregan.
1teaspoonEa. cinnamon and ginger
2tablespoonsOnion powder
2teaspoonsMild curry powder
teaspoonCayenne pepper
¼teaspoonSalt (optional)

Directions

Place all ingreds. in bowl, stirring well to combine.

Spoon into glass jar or container with lid, leaving 2-inch space at top. Shake or stir each time before using. Store at room temperature, or refrigerate.

Yield: Abt. 1⅔ c.; recipe may be doubled or tripled as desired.
