Matzo meal mix --pareve--

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
½ cup Ea. matzo meal & cake meal
¼ cup Potato starch
1 tablespoon Ea. dried rosemary & oregan.
1 teaspoon Ea. cinnamon and ginger
2 tablespoons Onion powder
2 teaspoons Mild curry powder
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt (optional)

Place all ingreds. in bowl, stirring well to combine.

Spoon into glass jar or container with lid, leaving 2-inch space at top. Shake or stir each time before using. Store at room temperature, or refrigerate.

Yield: Abt. 1⅔ c.; recipe may be doubled or tripled as desired.
