Measure | Ingredient |

1½ tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
½ cup | Ea. matzo meal & cake meal |
¼ cup | Potato starch |
1 tablespoon | Ea. dried rosemary & oregan. |
1 teaspoon | Ea. cinnamon and ginger |
2 tablespoons | Onion powder |
2 teaspoons | Mild curry powder |
⅛ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Salt (optional) |
Place all ingreds. in bowl, stirring well to combine.
Spoon into glass jar or container with lid, leaving 2-inch space at top. Shake or stir each time before using. Store at room temperature, or refrigerate.
Yield: Abt. 1⅔ c.; recipe may be doubled or tripled as desired.
