Madrid red cabbage

| ½ | cup | pine nuts |
| ⅓ | cup | seedless raisins, soaked in water f; or 30 minutes |
| 4 | black peppercorns | |
| 1 | clove | |
| 1 | pinch | ground cinnamon |
Directions
Remove the outer leaves of the red cabbage and discard. Cut the cabbage into quarters, cut out the woody stem and chop the rest into thin strips.
