German red cabbage

| 2 | pounds | Red cabbage, sliced |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | eaches | Bay leaves |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Dash of cinnamon | ||
| Dash of cloves | ||
| ¾ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | cups | Beef bouillon |
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot in order listed. Cook for 2 hours on high, stir, and cook an additional hour. Can also be cooked in skillet on stovetop on simmer for 30-40 minutes.
