Machine fiber bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
¼ cup Rye flour
1 cup Bread Flour
2 cups Whole-Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Gluten flour
1 tablespoon Oat bran
1 tablespoon Oats
2 tablespoons Flax seeds
2 tablespoons Wheat bran
2 tablespoons Dry milk
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoons Prune puree; or applesauce, or mashed banana
1¼ cup Water

FOR 1½ LOAF

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

This bread has nice nutty flavor, thanks to the flax seeds. It is good enough to be eaten plain, but sometimes I make a banana sandwich: slice a banana leghtwise, place on a slice of bread, sprikle some cinnamon and place anothor slice of bread on top. Great with a nice cup of coffee or tea!
