3.00sliceangel food cake
1.00scoop vanilla bean ice cream
1fresh mint sprigs
1powdered sugar; in shaker

Directions

In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash ¼ of the peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pieces of angel food cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream.
