Macerated peaches

| ¼ | cup | Grand Marnier |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh grated ginger |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |

| 3 | slices | Angel food cake |
| 1 | Scoop of vanilla bean ice | |
| Cream | ||
| Fresh mint sprigs | ||
| Powdered sugar in shaker | ||
Directions
In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash ¼ of the peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pieces of angel food cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar
