Macaroon fudgies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Unsweetened chocolate squares
1 cup Margarine
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 \N Eggs
2½ cup Flaked coconut
⅔ cup Sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon Almond extract
1 cup Chocolate chips
½ cup Chopped walnuts

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate squares and margarine.

Remove. Add sugar, flour, salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and eggs. spread ½ batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix coconut, condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and almond extract. Spoon over batter evenly. Spread remaining chocolate batter evenly over filling. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let stand 1 minute. Spread evenly over bars.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cool Completely. Cut into bars.
