Melt half the butter in a frying pan with the bacon lardons and the bread cubes. Add the remaining butter to the tomato soup and season with black pepper.
Ladle the soup into a bowl and add the croutons and bacon on top, adding a spoon of sour cream. Garnish with fresh parsley.
