Homemade tomato soup

Ingredients

cupPeeled and quartered tomatoes
1teaspoonMinced or crushed fresh onion
1teaspoonSalt
4teaspoonsButter or margarine
teaspoonSugar
2teaspoonsFlour
1dashOf pepper

Directions

Mix first four ingrediants in large pot, mix flour and sugar and add to rest in pot. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often. Cool and freeze.

When ready to use, bring mix to boil, add ½ teaspoon soda (to prevent curddling) *then* add 2 cups hot milk. Stir and serve.
