Low-fat chilled rice salad

| 3 | tablespoons | Rice Wine Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Maple Syrup |
Directions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
