Wild rice salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Long grain and wild rice mix (6.25-6.75 oz)
1 pack Louis Kemp Crab Delights
Flakes or chunks (8 oz)
1 cup Sliced celery
1 cup Mixed green and purple seedless grapes, halved
¼ cup Light olive oil
¼ cup Lemon juice

Prepare rice mix according to package directions. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
