Rice pilaf salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups turkey, cooked and diced
1½ cup brown rice, cooked
1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked
1 cup red adzuki beans (or kidney
2 eaches apples, cored and chopped
½ cup celery, sliced
1 each green pepper, chopped
½ cup plain green olives, sliced
¼ cup green onion, sliced
¼ cup parsley, diced

Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
