Rice pilaf salad

Ingredients

2cupsturkey, cooked and diced
cupbrown rice, cooked
1cupgarbanzo beans, cooked
1cupred adzuki beans (or kidney
2eachesapples, cored and chopped
½cupcelery, sliced
1eachgreen pepper, chopped
½cupplain green olives, sliced
¼cupgreen onion, sliced
¼cupparsley, diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
