Low-fat bananas foster - butter busters^

Measure Ingredient
4 eaches Bananas
1 each Or 2 lemons, juice of
6 eaches Tb liquid Butter buds
\N \N Cinnamon to taste
3 eaches Tb light rum
1½ quart Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
2 eaches Tb Grape Nuts
6 eaches Tb (to 8) brown sugar

¼ cup Brown sugar
\N \N AND
1 teaspoon Sweet 'n Low Brown
¼ cup Banana liqueur

Slice bananas in half lengthwise; cut into 4" lengths. Brush with lemon juice. Blend Butter Buds, brown sugar, and liqueur in skillet.

Add bananas. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning once. Place in serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat rum to lukewarm in saucepan. Pour over bananas; ignite. Spoon over frozen yogurt.

Sprinkle Grape Nuts over top if desired. Per sugar serving: 360 cal., 0.4g fat (1%), 0mg chol., 3g fiber, 9g pro., 77g carb., 285mg sod.
