1½ | quart | Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt |
2 | eaches | Tb Grape Nuts |
6 | eaches | Tb (to 8) brown sugar |

¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
AND | ||
1 | teaspoon | Sweet 'n Low Brown |
¼ | cup | Banana liqueur |
Directions
Slice bananas in half lengthwise; cut into 4" lengths. Brush with lemon juice. Blend Butter Buds, brown sugar, and liqueur in skillet.
Add bananas. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning once. Place in serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat rum to lukewarm in saucepan. Pour over bananas; ignite. Spoon over frozen yogurt.
Sprinkle Grape Nuts over top if desired. Per sugar serving: 360 cal., 0.4g fat (1%), 0mg chol., 3g fiber, 9g pro., 77g carb., 285mg sod.
