Low fat banana muffins

Ingredients

3mediumsBananas -- very ripe
½cupApplesauce, unsweetened
2Egg whites
¼cupCanola oil
¾cupSugar
3tablespoons1% milk
2tablespoonsVanilla extract
2teaspoonsBaking soda
2cupsFlour, all-purpose

Directions

In food processor, process bananas until well mashed. Add add ingredients except baking soda and flour. Process for 20 seconds, or until well blended.

Add flour and baking soda. Process with 4 quick on off turns until flour is moistened.

Fill paper lined muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake 300F for 20-25 minutes.
