In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients till fairly smooth.
Leave small chunks or pieces of fruit, if desired. Pour into dessert cups and freeze. Remove, garnish with a strawberry and serve as a frozen dessert. Delicious and full of food energy. Makes 8-10 cups.
