½ cup Ice water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 teaspoons Liquid sucaryl

Directions

Chill bowl and beater.Mix dry milk and ice water in bowl; beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form.Add lemon juice and sucaryl; beat until stiff peaks form.

Per ¼ cup serving: Calories 16 protein 1.5g no fat carbhydrate 2.5g (with sugar 32 calories)

1 serving = ¼ cup skim milk
