Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Yams; cooked & mashed |
2 \N | Eggs; beaten |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¾ cup | Milk |
1 cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Butter; melted |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 teaspoon | Cinnamon (optional) |
1 \N | (9-inch) unbaked pie shell |
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving.
