Measure | Ingredient |

7 cups | Potato flakes |
7 cups | Boiling water |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
2 tablespoons | Shortening |
2 tablespoons | Evaporated milk |
2 cups | Flour |
Mix all ingredients but flour. Mix well and let stand in fridge until cold.
When ready to cook. Add flour, roll into balls and restore to fridge.
Remove one at a time, roll and bake at 500 on griddle.
