Lemon-herb turkey breast

¼cupLemon juice
1teaspoonRosemary
1teaspoonOregano
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
½cupDry white wine
Salt and pepper; to taste
2Cloves garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
