5 pounds | Turkey breast |
\N \N | Salt and pepper; to taste |
⅓ cup | Honey |
3 tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
1½ teaspoon | Dried rosemary |
Remove the skin from the turkey breast & discard. Place the turkey in a roaster pan. Season with salt & pepper. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard & rosemary. Pour part of the glaze over the turkey & bake, uncovered, at 325F for about 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers 170 -175F. If needed, add a bit of water to the bottom of the pan. Baste the turkey occasionally with the remaining glaze while it is baking.
