Lemon chili sauce

Ingredients

1Head garlic minced (1/4 cup)
4(to 5) hot red chilies minced (1/4 cup)
3tablespoonsCilantro root or leaves, minced
½cupLemon juice
½cupFish sauce
2tablespoonsSugar or to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add more sugar, as necessary. The sauce should be tart, salty, and sweet.

Serve with grilled seafood.
