Green chili sauce

| 1 | each | Clove garlic (optional) | 
| ½ | cup | Minced onion (optional) | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour | 
| 1 | cup | Water | 
| 1 | cup | Diced green chili | 
| 1 | each | Salt to taste | 
Directions
