|½ cup||Dry Italian bread crumbs|
|½ cup||Grated parmesan cheese|
|2||Boneless skinless chicken breasts|
|Salt to taste (I omit this)|
|Lemon pepper to taste|
|¼ cup||Butter or margarine|
|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|3 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Dried thyme|
Combine bread crumbs and cheese in bowl. Dip chicken in mixture to coat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in baking dish; stir in garlic, lemon juice and thyme. Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in dish, turning each piece to coat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
