Lemon and rosemary steaks

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
¾ cup Olive oil
⅓ cup Fresh rosemary spikes
2 \N Lemons; zest of
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Cracked black pepper
8 \N Steaks of your choice

Combine all ingredients except the steaks and whisk together well. Add the steaks and allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

Turn the steaks at least twice during this time.

Remove the steaks from the marinade and barbecue or grill to required doneness, brushing with a little marinade during cooking but discarding any left over marinade.
