Lasagna-style sirloin casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground sirloin
1 tablespoon Butter
3 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
12 ounces Wide lasagna noodles
1½ cup Cottage cheese
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
½ cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Chopped green pepper
½ cup Chopped green onions

Brown ground sirloin in butter in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.

Stir in tomato sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine cheese, sour cream and vegetables in bowl; mix well. Layer noodles and cottage cheese mixture half at a time in 9x13" baking dish. Pour beef mixture over layers. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
