Lasagna-style sirloin casserole

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground sirloin |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 3 | cans | (8 oz) tomato sauce |
| 12 | ounces | Wide lasagna noodles |
| 1½ | cup | Cottage cheese |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| ½ | cup | Chopped green onions |
Directions
Brown ground sirloin in butter in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine cheese, sour cream and vegetables in bowl; mix well. Layer noodles and cottage cheese mixture half at a time in 9x13" baking dish. Pour beef mixture over layers. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
